Sound isolation isn't great. conversations from adjacent rooms carry through quite easily. Mattress firmness may not suit everyone—some find them excessively soft, impacting sleep. The beds have a noticeable gap down the middle, which can be irritating for couples. Stains on the bedding suggest some items might need replacing entirely.

the room was like a closet, extremely small, I mean, I barely fit with my luggage. also, I had to endure the sound from the other rooms that was so annoying! Family-friendly with a personal touch
The hotel is conveniently located near shops and dining options, making our stay enjoyable. The staff's willingness to help, especially with a lost toy, truly made the experience memorable.
While the hotel was lovely overall, the elevator was out of service during our stay, which was a bit challenging with luggage and kids. However, we managed fine after the initial surprise.
